Shopping & Orders

What are your store hours?

We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.

Where are you located?

Our showroom is at 109 N. Washington Ave., Cleveland, TX 77327, right in the heart of downtown Cleveland. Free parking is available on the street and in the adjacent lot.

Can I order furniture that is not on the showroom floor?

Yes. We offer custom ordering from many of the brands we carry, including La-Z-Boy, Ashley, and others. Custom orders allow you to choose the fabric, finish, and configuration that fits your home. Ask any team member about available options and lead times.

Do I need to pay upfront?

A minimum deposit is required on all orders. Any remaining balance must be paid in full before pick-up or delivery, unless you are financing your purchase through Synchrony or Snap Finance.

Do you have a clearance section?

Yes. Our clearance section features floor models, overstocks, and discontinued pieces at up to 70% off. All clearance and as-is items are sold final sale, so inspect them carefully before purchasing.

Do you price match?

We offer a Low Price Promise. If you find the same item at a lower price from a local competitor, talk to us. We work hard to make sure our prices are competitive, and we want to earn your business.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Southeast Texas, covering a broad area around Cleveland. Contact us at (281) 592-0509 for details on whether your area is within our delivery zone.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees vary based on your location and order size. Your sales associate will provide the exact cost at the time of purchase so there are no surprises.

When will my furniture be delivered?

We will contact you the day before your scheduled delivery with an estimated time within a three-hour window. Delivery is route-based, meaning we group deliveries by area on specific days for efficiency.

Can I get an exact delivery time?

Because we deliver in route, we are unable to guarantee an exact time of day. However, we will provide a three-hour window the day before your delivery so you can plan accordingly.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Yes. A responsible adult must be present to inspect and accept delivery. If you cannot be there, please arrange for someone to be present on your behalf. They will sign for the delivery and are authorized to inspect and accept it.

Will you remove my old furniture?

Our delivery team focuses on bringing in and setting up your new furniture. Please remove old furniture from the delivery area before our team arrives.

Financing

What financing options do you offer?

We offer financing through two providers: Synchrony Financial, which offers promotional financing for customers with established credit, and Snap Finance, a lease-to-own option designed for customers across the credit spectrum.

How do I apply?

Visit our showroom and speak with any team member. The application process is quick and most decisions are made within minutes. Bring a valid government-issued ID.

Can I use financing with sale prices?

Yes. Financing can be applied to qualifying purchases, including sale-priced merchandise. Specific terms may vary by program and purchase amount.

What if I am not approved for one program?

That is exactly why we partner with two financing providers. If Synchrony does not work out, Snap Finance may be an option, and vice versa. Your sales associate will help you explore both.

Returns & Policies

What is your return policy?

We offer a 5-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 5 days of receiving your furniture to discuss your options. Conditions vary by product type. Visit our Return Policy page for complete details.

Can I return a mattress?

Texas state law prohibits the resale of used bedding. Once mattress delivery is accepted, the sale is final. Mattresses that are soiled or damaged cannot be returned. Warranty defects are handled through the manufacturer.

What about clearance items?

All clearance and as-is merchandise is sold final sale with no returns, exchanges, or warranty service. Please inspect these items carefully before purchase.

What if a piece of my furniture is defective?

If a component of your furniture is defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. Our service technicians are trained to repair components to factory specifications. For transportable parts like removable cushions or drawers, we ask that you bring those to our service department.

Mattresses

What mattress brands do you carry?

Our mattress gallery features options across comfort levels and price points. [Brand list pending client confirmation.] Visit our showroom to test mattresses in person.

What if my mattress develops a defect?

Mattresses are warranted against structural defects such as broken frames, springs, and border wires. Fabric is warranted for one year. Body impressions in plush and pillow-top models are normal and not considered defects. Warranty claims are processed through the manufacturer.

Do you carry adjustable bases?

We carry adjustable mattress bases that allow you to elevate your head and feet for personalized comfort. Visit our showroom to try them in person.

Do you offer design services? Yes. Our team provides personalized guidance to help you select furniture that works for your space, your style, and your budget.
